I'm going to introduce you to somebody you're going to hear a LOT about in the future. Her name is Isobel Rogers, she lives in the UK. Isobel is one of the most original voices I've ever heard. Her songs are cleverly ironic and hilariously original.
Isobel performed at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh and got a lot of positive attention. But when Covid hit it, she, like most of us, lost our spark. After hitting a wall creatively, Isobel found Storytelling Lab. She was my first musician. And, living proof writers and storytellers come in a variety of forms.
Isobel took the six-week class, stayed on for another six and has been turning out tons of new material for her upcoming gigs the end of September in London.
